Adults take one heaping tablespoon (7 grams) up to 3 times daily with at least 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage.
Children (6 yrs-12 yrs): up to 1/2 heaping tablespoon (3.5 grams) up to 3
times daily with at least 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage.
If minor gas or bloating occur, reduce your intake to half and increase gradually to suggested amount.
