Elcetro-C Description

Electro-C is fresh and tart, sparkling, flavored, non-caloric, vitamin C electrolyte recharge drink providing 950 mg of vitamin C and an array of electrolytes per serving. Because there are not sugars in these products to increase ionic/osmotic concentration, the minerals are rapidly absorbed. Translated: this means there is no sweet syrupiness to slow rehydration or electrolyte repletion like the big names do. Sweetened only with stevia.

Manufacturing Procedure for Natural Source Vitamin C: The manufacturing procedure for ascorbic acid (natural source vitamin C) involves a 15 step process. Vegetable starch is reduced to a simple sugar (D-glucose) which is then converted to pure ascorbic acid.
