Balanced Protein and Carbohydrates Glycemic Balance is a low glycemic nutritious meal supplement designed to provide the body with sustained energy. It also supports the management of appetite and healthy weight achievement by minimizing glycemic fluctuations in the body. It contains fenugreek and glucomannan which, in human studies, have been shown to support blood sugar balance and weight management.

Soy Protein: Beneficial for normal cardiovascular system function, healthy cell replication and bone health.
Rice Protein: Hypoallergenic and easier to digest than most other grain products. Rice Brain Solubles (Rice EssenceTM): Packed with B vitamins and antioxidants, and is a good source of gamma oryzanol, vitamin E and tocopherols.
Glutamine (as peptide source): An essential amino acid, especially when under stress (e.g., exercise or challenged immune function). Assists in boosting immune function, restoring glycogen, reducing fatigue, and preserving muscle mass. | Glycemic Balance Suggested Use |

Add 2 scoops of powder to 8 oz of cold water, low-fat milk, soy milk or rice milk. Mix, shake, or blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Add flax oil, nuts and seeds for additional benefit. For sugar restricted diets or weight management diets, add fruit or juice to enhance the taste.
