Primrose Liquid Gold provides pure Evening Primrose Oil in liquid form for vegetarians or those who cannot or do not like swallowing capsules. It can be sprinkled on salads or other foods and only half a teaspoon, the equivalent of five 500 mg capsules, is needed. Also, apply it directly to the skin to revive dry skin or for relieving eczema. Primrose Liquid Gold has a shelf life of one year prior to opening.
