The vinegar is non-filtered, non-pasteurized, and contains pectin, enzymes, and nutritionally valuable natural protein strands formed by beneficial bacteria called “mother”. There are no chemicals, additives or preservatives used.
The Apple Cider Vinegar is stored in black drums and bottled in black containers to protect it from light that causes free radical activity and the breakdown of vital nutrients.
