Kudzu

Kudzu, An eastern Asian vine (Pueraria lobata) having multifarious leaves and clusters of reddish-purple flowers. It is grown for silage, fumble, and root starch, and is a pervasive tidy in the southeast United States. In 1876, the herb was found that’s called KUDZU. American gardeners used kudzu for the plant decorative purposes. Kudzu's most verbal advocate was Channing Cope of Covington, promoted use of the vine to control erosion. Kudzu contains two isofavones called daidzin and daidzein, which when taken orally may reduce the cravings for alcohol by influencing areas of the central nervous system that controls the desire for alcohol.
