Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) is a type of brown algae (seaweed), it is also known by the names black tang, rockweed, bladder Fucus, seawrack, sea oak, black tany, cut weed, and rock wrack. Bladderwrack is a common food in Japan, it is used as an additive and flavoring in various food products in Europe. Bladder wrack is commonly found as a component of kelp tablets or powders used as nutritional supplements and promotes weight loss also. Bladderwrack grows on the northern Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the United States and on the northern Atlantic coast and Baltic coast of Europe. Bladderwrack is used in variety of conditions for example; Constipation, Diarrhea, Gastritis,Heartburn and etc.
